I would like to compliment your team that took care of my recall. Emily Schneider made contact about the recall. We were not home when she came by, but she was respectful of the property and left a door hanger with contact info. I contacted her and scheduled a date and time for repair. She sent me a picture of the tech and his vehicle that would be servicing my car. He called the day of repair to tell me he was 5 min out. He was friendly, well groomed, and knowledgeable. He quickly fixed my vehicle and was on his way. Hats off to your company and employees. I will highly recommend your company and services!

I had a recall come up on one of my vehicles and reached out to the mobile recall team. They responded to my email about their ability to complete the recall and one day later, it was done! We’ve been working with the Mobile Recall Team since June 2022. During this time, James Scruggs and his team have performed hundreds of recall repairs for our wholesale auto auction. Mobile Recall Team provides an amazing service for our business by providing important safety work on vehicles before they are released back on the roads. Most of our wholesale customers are small, independent dealers without direct access to qualified technicians or repairs. By allowing these recalls to be performed prior to the new wholesale customers taking possession, we can ensure the recall work is completed before a new retail customer purchases the unit.
Post-pandemic, our local dealership have been swamped with service work and availability of parts has been limited, making the feasibility of having these recall repairs done before resale even more complicated and unlikely. I believe many of our customers would delay much needed repairs based on lack of availability, risking the long term safety and integrity of their vehicles. Having the Mobile Recall Team come in and complete these recalls for us has been a blessing, allowing us to provide a better, product for our wholesale customers and to keep our roads safer for everyone.
