Mercedes-Benz and/or BMW Certifications are preferred, but not required. Entry-level technicians are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided for all Mobile Recall repairs including Takata airbag recalls.

Requirements:
Travel is required for Technicians and Territory Managers
Must have a current driver’s license
Must be dependable, highly motivated, and able to meet the demands of the position
Ability to work overtime and/or Saturdays as needed.
Ability to effectively communicate, be a functional resource to others, and work well with others.
Superior customer service skills are required
Must adhere to safety procedures
Reliable, self-motivated, honest, punctual, professional and flexible attitude
Responsibilities:
Accurately complete work orders and other written materials according to established procedures.
Operate assigned service truck in a professional manner and according to company requirements; keep unit clean and well stocked.
Efficiently and accurately perform quality repair work in accordance with dealership’s and factory standards
Road-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work was completed.
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
